Our small staff team love to help everyday people know Jesus better and make Jesus known.

Rev Michael Crichton

Senior Minister

As the Senior Minister of Mosman Village Church, Michael provides teaching, leadership, and guidance for the church as a whole. Michael is married to Karen and they have 3 adult children. He has a keen interest in pigeon racing, but an even greater interest in helping people to understand God’s Word.

Rev Andy Bleach

Assistant Minister (Families)

Andy oversees our 10am Family Service and has a special focus on engaging with the people of Mosman. Andy is involved in our local schools, speaking in chapel at Mosman Prep School and teaching SRE at Mosman Public School.

Andy is married Tam and together they have four children. He loves good coffee and can be spotted most mornings at Heirloom Speciality Coffee.

Rev Max Brewer

Assistant Minister (Kids & Youth)

Max is married to Kate and together they have two daughters: Lucie and Sadie. He grew up on Sydney’s northern beaches and loves getting to the beach and going for walks with his family.

Max leads our kids and youth programs: Village Cubs, Village Kids and Village Youth.

Vivienne Wettenhall

Office Manager

Viv supports the day-to-day running of the church through a variety of administration and support roles. Viv is married to Alec and has been a member for many years.

Rosie Wicks

Student Minister (Kids & Youth)

Rosie is in her third year at Moore Theological College studying a Bachelor of Divinity. She is married to Sam and loves teaching kids about the good news of Jesus.

Rosie joined us in 2024 and continues with us this year to assist with Village Kids and Village Youth.

Luke Morris

Student Minister (Music & Youth)

Luke is in his second year at Moore Theological College studying a Bachelor of Divinity. He is married to Courtney and together they have a son. Luke is passionate about glorifying God through music and sharing the good news of Jesus.

Luke joins us in 2025 to assist with our Sunday music and Village Youth.
